Delivery, returns & privacy

The boring-but-important bit, in plain English. If anything here isn't clear, just email and ask.

⚠ Before you go live — fill these in. UK consumer law requires a trading name, a geographic address and a contact email to be shown to customers before they buy. Replace every […] on this page. See the note at the bottom about which address to use.

Made to order

Every cat is 3D-printed for your order — we don't hold a big pile of stock. That's how you get any colour you like, and it's why there's a short wait rather than same-day dispatch.

Delivery

WhereHowCostTime
UKRoyal Mail 1st Class£2.00Printed in 2–4 working days, then 1–2 days in the post

Pre-orders ship once your colour has been printed — we'll email you when it's on its way. If anything is going to take longer than the estimate above, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

We currently ship to the UK only.

Cancelling your order (your 14-day right)

Because you're buying online, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason at all — you don't have to explain, and it doesn't need to be faulty. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, just email [hello@wigglyco.co.uk] and say you'd like to cancel. Send the cat back within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund you within 14 days of it arriving back.

Return postage
Paid by you, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
Condition
Please send it back in the state it arrived. We can reduce your refund if it's been damaged through unnecessary handling.
The one exception
Cats with a personalised name tag are made to your specification, so the 14-day change-of-mind right doesn't apply to them. Your rights if it arrives faulty or wrong are unaffected.

If something's wrong with it

If your cat turns up faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email a photo and we'll sort it — a replacement or a full refund including postage, your choice. This is separate from the 14-day right above and lasts far longer: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality.

These are handmade, printed one at a time. Tiny layer lines are part of the character of a 3D print, not a fault — but a seized joint, a broken tail or a wrong colour absolutely is.

Your privacy

The waitlist
If you join, we store your email address and nothing else. It's used once: to tell you when the cats go on sale. No newsletter, no sharing, no selling it on. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete you at any time by replying.
Where it's kept
Waitlist emails are stored by Netlify, who host this site.
Payments
Handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them — we never see or store them.
Fonts
This page loads a font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address.
Cookies
We don't set any. No analytics, no trackers, no cookie banner to click away.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it — email us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it you can complain to the ICO.

Complaints

Email [hello@wigglyco.co.uk] and we'll reply within 3 working days. We'd much rather fix it than have you sat there annoyed.

📌 A note on the address. Consumer law requires a real geographic address — a PO box or an email alone isn't enough. For a home-based sole trader that means your home address is public. Common ways round it: a virtual business address (~£20/yr), a PO box, or your work address if that's appropriate. Worth deciding before you go live rather than after.
